Sunderland’s transfer window has been heavily built around their striker positions. The Black Cats have signed Kyle Lafferty on loan, while they’re also reportedly looking at Kevin van Veen and there still may be a move away from the Stadium of Light for Will Grigg.[ad_pod ]However, there is another transfer story regarding a Sunderland striker emerging today as it has been reported on Twitter that Marc McNulty will be on his way out of the club before the deadline.
Sunderland Echo journalist Marc Donnelly confirmed that Hibs are the most likely destination for the attacker, but there are also other clubs interested in his services.
It remains to be seen where McNulty will end up at the end of the month, but it’s hard to say that the Scot will be missed at the Stadium of Light as he’s played just 670 league minutes this term.
