da casino： Blackburn chief Steve Kean has warned Sir Alex Ferguson off of his latest young star, Grant Hanley, according to The Sun.
Fergie was reportedly impressed with the 20-year-old centre-back’s display during his side’s 2-0 victory at Ewood Park on Monday night and is now pondering a move for the Scot this summer.
Kean said: “He was very complimentary about Grant. He thinks he’s good enough to play for Scotland for the next 10 to 15 years, and I agree.
“I hope Fergie’s not going to be putting a bid in. I said that to him.
“I told him leave it a bit longer because Grant is only just starting with us.”
This is unlikely to deter the United chief, who may be keen to unite the youngster with Phil Jones, who was signed from the Lancashire club last summer.
Hanley has been impressive this term, making 20 league appearances and netting a shock late winner at Old Trafford to secure a 3-2 victory.
