Sane's agent, Pini Zahavi, has revealed he had a "nice meeting" with Bayern sporting director Max Eberl, but admitted no concrete developments had materialised as the Germany winger considers his next option.

The 29-year-old signed with Bayern in 2020 and enjoyed his best scoring season in the Bundesliga in 2024-25, netting ten times as Vincent Kompany's side reclaimed the German title. However, his current deal runs out in the summer, which has led to speculation over his future, with both Arsenal and Tottenham keen to bring him back to the Premier League after his previous stint with Manchester City.

Zahavi told Sky Germany: "We had a very good dinner, it was a nice dinner, I enjoyed it. But no news.
"I cannot speak about it, but it was a nice meeting."
