da spicy bet: Despite being very active in the last transfer window, Everton could look to make significant additions to their squad once again when the market reopens in January.
da cassino online: The likes of Richarlison and Yerry Mina arrived over the summer to strengthen the Toffees’ attack and defence, but up front remains a cause for concern for manager Marco Silva who could now move for a Ligue 1 striker come the new year.
The Breakdown
According to the Daily Mail, the Portuguese coach has his eyes on Nantes’ Emiliano Sala who is valued at £25m by his club, a fee Everton can easily afford to pay.
However, with Premier League rivals West Ham, Wolves and Fulham also said to be interested, a deal for the 28-year-old may become complicated while it is one the Toffees should be approaching with extreme caution anyway.
Sala has certainly been in good form this season, scoring 11 goals in 12 Ligue 1 appearances, a tally that only Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappe can match.
But given the struggles of Cenk Tosun who was also in good form, albeit in a significantly weaker league, before arriving at Goodison Park in January, moving for Sala could be another gamble.
Rather, Everton would be better off going after a more proven centre-forward regardless of the cost.
By doing so, the club would have a great chance of closing that gap between themselves and the Premier League top six, especially after the overall improvements that were made to the squad during the summer.
